About the Theatre

Founded in 2001.

Located in the heart of Franklin, we are located within the bustling community of The Factory at Franklin. The heart of a the old bustling manufacturing company that is Boiler Room Theatre provides an intimate theater space. With inherent charm, natural acoustics, exposed brick and beams, and nearly 40-foot ceilings. We have 120 comfy, movie-theater style seats you'll be close enough to see every nuance of the performance, but not so close you feel you're in the show.

Since our live theater is located at the Factory at Franklin, we are close to great restaurants and shopping along with plenty of free, well-lit parking.

The Boiler Room Theatre has been providing quality theatre since 2000. The Boiler Room Theatre is currently in it's twelfth season--greatly due to strong support from our community

 

As of January 2014, we have been undergoing renovations. At this point, we are unable to maintain a regular season and regular box office hours. We can always be reached via email at info@boilerroomtheatre.com

Normally, we would have all of our season dates and times readily available and we apologize for the inconvenience. The Factory was supposed to have the renovations completed this past June and it is unlikely that we will be in by the end of the year.
