Directions
​Heading South from Nashville via I-65 -- Take I-65 to the Cool Springs Boulevard West (68B) exit. Stay on Cool Springs Boulevard until it dead ends at Mack Hatcher Parkway. Turn right at the stoplight.
Turn left on Franklin Road (first stoplight). The Factory is about a mile down on your left.

Watch for the big water tower with the Factory logo. You will also see the very tall smokestack that rises from the back of the Boiler Room Theatre building.
Make the first left into The Factory complex at the Marketplace street sign (before The Boxwood Bistro) and follow the driveway into the parking lot ahead. Once in the lot, you will see the Boiler Room Theatre building on your right, with a large numeral six at the peak of the roof.

Also look for the huge smokestack which comes off the back of our building.

All tickets and season passes are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To better serve you, we have offer a flexible exchange policy.
If you are unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, you may, with 24 hours' notice, transfer your tickets to another performance date (based on availability). Or we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for future use.
WORKSHOPS, CAMPS AND CLASSES
Registration fees/tuition for workshops and children's theatre programs including summer camps are non-refundable. If a registered participant is ill or there is a family emergency, tuition/fees may be applied to a future workshop/camp/session.
Concessions
We serve a wider variety of concessions than most live theatres, all of which may be enjoyed from your seat while you watch the show.
